Experienced Assistant Manager required for Palazzo Restaurant in Bray ... On the Dart Line
Palazzo Restaurant currently require an experienced Assistant Manager for their busy Restaurant in Bray.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have at least 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in a busy environment. - Must be a hands on manager.
- Will be able to motivate a team of 8-10 staff.
- Some HACCP training an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent man management ability is a must.
- Must pride themselves on delivering an excellent, efficient service.
- Will have fluent English and a valid working Visa.
