A unique mix of a classic Cuban bar and a vibrant and contemporary restaurant, serving European and Meditertion cuisine till late.
Floridita Restaurant in Dublin is looking for a new Snr Chef de partie.
Floridita seeks the following qualities:
• The candidate must have relevant experience in high quality Restaurants or Hotel in Ireland or abroad.
• 3-4 years in fine dining experience.
• You must have worked in an English speaking environment.
• Good kitchen practices
• Professional trained or a Recognised certificate
• Waste management
• You have knowledge of and can perform all relevant chef de partie duties.
• You have a strong working knowledge of HACCP and be able to implement and monitor all areas of HACCP on a daily basis.
• Candidate must have high standards of food hygiene/preparation and produce dishes of a consistently high standard at all times.
• Candidate also needs to have good inter-personal skills and be able to stay calm under pressure.
